Delivery times
Orders placed by 12:00 daily will be shipped within 48 hours unless you choose to pay by bank deposit. If you choose to pay by bank deposit, your order will be sent either the same or the next day upon receipt of your payment, once your payment has been confirmed by the relevant department.
Orders placed in our e-shop on weekends or holidays are sent two days later. The order status, the voucher number and the transfer details will be sent to you by email in real time.
Our e-shop undertakes the delivery of your purchases in Greece and Cyprus, by mail or by courier.

Shipping cost
The cost is calculated during the completion of your order before any financial obligation. Note: In some remote areas in Greece (regions with a remote courier company or villages with difficult access), the shipment may be impossible or characterized as remote / inaccessible. The nationwide shipment of products does not concern areas that are characterized as remote / inaccessible by the courier cooperating with our office. In such cases, the shipment is made upon receipt of the parcel from you to the nearest service office in cooperation with the courier in your area. You will be informed by e-mail or by phone.
Free shipping for orders over 200 euro (within Greece).
For orders under 200 euro, the shipping cost (within Greece) depends on the delivery area and if you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be charged a fee of two euro (€2.00).
For Cyprus, shipping costs depend on the courier as well as the delivery area and payment can be made by bank deposit or credit / debit card.
